Meet Andrew

I began my career in emergency nursing at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and went on to spend nine years working in emergency departments across several hospitals. While I valued the experience and skills I gained, I became increasingly aware that Western Medicine often focuses on managing symptoms rather than addressing the underlying causes of illness.

During my time as a nurse, I kept seeing the same problems come back again and again. I wanted to understand why. That search led me into functional medicine, and eventually into Chinese Medicine - where treating the cause, not jus the symptoms, is the focus.

As a long-time martial artist, I’ve always had a strong interest in the connection between the body, movement, and health. With my background in both Nursing and Chinese Medicine, I’m able to approach injuries, pain, and chronic conditions from a broader perspective - getting results where other treatments sometimes stall.

In emergency, you didn’t get to pick who came through the door - you had to be ready for anything. I take the same approach to Chinese Medicine. Some specialise narrowly; I prefer to stay sharp across a wide range of conditions.

I’m here to help you get back to doing what you enjoy - with fewer symptoms, less pain, and a stronger understanding of your health.
