To help you plan your appointments and understand what to expect, we’ve included an overview of our consultation fees below.

Initial Consultation 60 min $110
Follow-up Consultation 60min $90
Through consultation with your practitioner, treatment options are developed based on your presentation and may involve a range of Chinese medicine techniques offered at the clinic.
Consultations do not include the cost of a Chinese Herbal Medicine Prescription. Any prescription is charged at $0.70 per gram. Chinese Herbal Prescriptions cannot be purchased without a consultation. Your prescription will be mixed on site and is available for pick-up after your consultation.

Consultation Types

The initial consultation is for new patients and gives your practitioner time to understand your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns.
The session includes a Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment, which may involve checking your pulse, observing your tongue, and gently assessing relevant areas.
You’ll receive a New Patient Form to complete before your appointment.
If available, please bring any recent medical reports, and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Follow-up consultations are for existing patients. Please bring any relevant medical information and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Payment Support

Consultation fees are GST-exempt and can be paid after your treatment via EFTPOS, cash, bank transfer, or credit card.

We are registered with HICAPS and participating Health Funds can be found here. The ability to claim the cost of our services is dependent on your coverage as most Health Funds cover acupuncture, but with varying rates. Bring your Health Fund card to claim rebates upon payment or ask for an invoice.

This clinic operates as a sole practitioner Chinese medicine practice. Appointments are scheduled to ensure adequate time for each patient and to support the smooth and effective running of the clinic.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made through the online booking system or by contacting the clinic directly during business hours.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
