All therapies are provided by a registered practitioner, in accordance with the standards and professional guidelines of the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Acupuncture

A range of acupuncture techniques tailored to your individual needs. Acupuncture involves the gentle insertion of very fine, single-use, sterile needles into specific points on the body. Chinese Herbal Medicine

Chinese herbal medicine uses plant-based formulations prescribed according to traditional diagnostic methods. Each prescription is individually tailored and may include herbs in granules, capsules, or raw form. Chinese herbal medicine is used to support internal balance and promote overall wellness.

Moxibustion, Gua Sha, Cupping

Moxibustion (Moxa) - A warming therapy that uses heat to improve circulation, boost energy, and alleviate pain.

Cupping Therapy - Involves placing cups on the skin to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and remove toxins.

Gua Sha - A scraping technique that helps release muscle tightness, stimulate circulation, and promote lymphatic drainage.

Tuina (Chinese Therapeutic Massage) – A hands-on therapy that uses kneading, pressing, rolling, and stretching techniques to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and restore the balance of qi within the body.
