Acupuncture
A range of acupuncture techniques tailored to your individual needs. Acupuncture involves the gentle insertion of very fine, single-use, sterile needles into specific points on the body. This practice is used within Chinese medicine to support the body’s natural functions and address imbalances. Many people seek acupuncture to help manage a variety of symptoms and to support general health.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbal medicine uses plant-based formulations prescribed according to traditional diagnostic methods. Each prescription is individually tailored and may include herbs in granules, capsules, or raw form. Chinese herbal medicine is used to support internal balance and promote overall wellness.
Moxibustion, Gua Sha, Cupping
Moxibustion (Moxa) - A warming therapy that uses heat to improve circulation, boost energy, and alleviate pain.

Fertility Support
Chinese medicine may be used as part of a supportive care plan for those navigating fertility challenges. All fertility-related care is conducted in collaboration with your existing medical or fertility care providers, where applicable.
